Our signature bento boxes are omakase (chef’s choice) and reflect the bounty of the season in both traditional and innovative preparations. A palette of color and taste, we combine fresh California flavors with quality imported ingredients from Japan. We adhere to the basic tenets of the Japanese bento - visual harmony, quality seasonal ingredients, and nutritional balance.
Designed for adventurous omnivores, these tasting-menus-in-a-box typically contain meat (chicken, pork and/or beef), seafood, vegetables, and rice. We do not customize bento boxes, but can accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
